Carib Eats was awarded a London Community Story Grant to capture our communities experiences through Covid.

We interviewed a selection of our recipients during the final lockdown in 2021. We discussed how the pandemic had affected them as an individual as well as a community.

Below are 4 compilations of their answers; Introductions & Roles in the community, Covid’s Impact, Changing food prices and Thoughts on Hackney council.

We also prepared a report from their answers, with a breakdown of changes they want to be made.
